Assistant Professor of Data Analytics (specialization in data-driven

humanities)

Denison University seeks to hire a tenure-track faculty member to further develop its new interdisciplinary program in Data Analytics to start in the Fall of 2020. Candidates must have earned a Ph.D. no later than August 2020, and have a broad and deep formal education in a humanities discipline and in data-driven approaches to research in that discipline. The successful applicant will be actively engaged in research that applies advanced data analytics techniques to significant literary, historical, philosophical, cultural, linguistic, or artistic inquiry. The successful applicant will also be committed to teaching undergraduate students in an interdisciplinary setting.
