Library of Social Science’s mission is to bring significant scholarship into the world.

Library of Social Science Book Exhibits collaborates with the world’s top publishers to organize and manage exciting, comprehensive displays at cutting edge scholarly and professional conferences.

Through our  Library of Social Science Newsletter—reaching 60,000 educators, professionals and students around the world—we publish and promote book reviews, essays and papers.

We seeks a dynamic individual to join our staff. You will focus on:

• Marketing to the publisher/clients who participate in our book exhibits.
  
  
• Working with conference organizers to set up book exhibits at hotels and university settings.
  
  
• Identifying significant authors—and inviting them to publish with Library of Social Science.

We seek applicants who:

• Have strong writing and excellent computer skills.
  
  
• Are capable of organizing data.
  
  
• Have marketing and sales skills.

We are an entrepreneurial company. Some academics claim that human beings are subjects of the symbolic order. Library of Social Science aspires to create and shape the symbolic order.

We seek an energetic, forceful individual—who will work with us to make certain that significant ideas make their way into the world.

We are located in Elmhurst (Queens), New York—a 20 minute subway ride from the heart of Manhattan.

Begin 2 or 3 times a week, move toward full time.
